Ironically this is true announcement and we have a new candidate for state senate running.
Conservative Republican John F. Kennedy today officially announced his campaign to seek the Republican nomination for State Senate District 18 and promises to deliver honest, hardworking leadership for Middle Georgia.
Senate District 18 includes all of Crawford, Monroe, Peach and Upson Counties and parts of Bibb and Houston Counties.
Said Kennedy, “I am excited to announce my campaign for State Senate, and I am encouraged by the outpouring of support I have received. I am running because our Middle Georgia families need honest, hardworking leadership in the State Senate. We need an authentic, enthusiastic conservative leader who is committed to working hard for our community and being there for us to ensure that our interests and values are being protected and that our voices are heard.”
“In the Senate, I will be a champion for the people of this district. I will work hard to protect our farmers, foster job growth, oppose tax increases and limit the size of government. I will protect our taxpayers, protect Robins Air Force Base, improve our schools and stand strong for our pro-family, pro-life, pro-second Amendment values. Regardless of the issue, I will be there for you and I won’t back down. You have my word.”
“I am not seeking the spotlight or a title. I understand that this State Senate seat belongs to the people—not to the individual who serves in it. I will never forget that. If elected, I will work hard for you, stand up for our conservative values and serve you with the character and integrity you deserve. I humbly ask for your vote,” continued Kennedy.
